5. Minors' Data and Passengers Our booking services and the driving of the Quads are exclusively intended for adults (18+) holding a Category B driving license. Although minors (from 5 years of age) are welcome as passengers, we do not directly collect or process their personal data. The rental contract and all responsibilities lie solely with the parent or legal guardian who makes the booking.

• Deletion: Request the deletion of data (subject to data we are legally obliged to retain, e.g., invoices or rental contracts).
