Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY (Cancellation Policy) This policy outlines the cancellation and refund procedures for quad rental services booked through our website. Since these are services related to leisure activities that provide for a specific date or period of execution, pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. However, to ensure the best experience for our customers, we apply the following cancellation policy:

1. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, the following rules apply:

  • Free cancellation: If you cancel your booking with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the rental start time, you will be entitled to a full refund (100%) of the amount paid.

  • Late cancellation: If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the start of the rental, no refund will be issued. The amount paid will be retained as a penalty for the missed rental.

2. NO-SHOW In the event that the customer does not show up at the pick-up point at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be considered canceled. In this case, no refund is provided. The vehicle will be kept available for 1 hour from the scheduled time, after which the Rental Company will be free to rent it out again.

3. CANCELLATION DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE AND BAD WEATHER The safety of our customers is our priority. In case of extreme or dangerous weather conditions (e.g., heavy snow, weather alerts for severe thunderstorms), the Rental Company reserves the right to cancel the booking. In this case, the customer will be offered the option to:

  • Rebook for an alternative date/time.

  • Receive a full refund (100%) of the amount paid.

  • Please note: Light rain or cloudy skies are not considered dangerous weather conditions and do not entitle you to a free refund, unless the cancellation is made within the required 48-hour notice period.

4. REFUND PROCEDURE All approved refunds will be processed automatically and credited back to the original payment method used during booking (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Our processing of the refund is immediate, but it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to show up on your bank account or credit card, depending on your bank's processing times.

5. SECURITY DEPOSIT (Not a purchase) If a security deposit is required when picking up the vehicle (via pre-authorization on a card or in cash), this amount does not represent a charge. The deposit will be released or fully refunded upon return of the quad, after verifying that the vehicle and equipment (helmets) have not suffered any damage.
