TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE Welcome to Alpin Quad Experience. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of quad rental services offered by JANKUCIC MILOS, Via San Cassiano 3, 39030 Perca (BZ), VAT 03331410211.

1. OBJECT OF THE SERVICE The site provides an online booking system for the rental of Quad-type vehicles without a driver. The online booking is confirmed only after receiving the confirmation email and the payment of the related deposit.

2. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND PASSENGERS In order to rent and drive our vehicles, the customer declares under their own responsibility:

  • To be at least 18 years old.

  • To be in possession of a valid category B driving license, the original of which must be shown at the time of vehicle pick-up.

  • To commit to wearing the protective helmet correctly for the entire duration of the rental.

  • Passengers: Each quad is approved for a maximum of 2 people. The transport of passengers is allowed from 5 years of age. Minor passengers must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian driving.

3. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

  • Prices: The prices shown on the site are per vehicle (up to 2 people) and include VAT (22%), unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment: The system requires the payment of a deposit at the time of booking through the secure gateways provided. The remaining balance must be paid on site at the time of pick-up (in cash or by card).

  • Fuel: Fuel is not included in the rental price (except for specific options such as "Quick Ride") and follows the "Full to Full" policy.

  • Security Deposit: At the time of vehicle pick-up, a security deposit of €200 per vehicle will be required to cover any damages. This amount can be paid in cash or held as a pre-authorization on a card, and will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, subject to vehicle inspection and in the absence of damages.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation by the customer: It is possible to cancel the booking with a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. In case of late cancellation, the paid deposit will not be refunded.

  • Bad weather: In case of dangerous weather conditions (extreme snow, severe thunderstorms), the Rental Company reserves the right to cancel the session by offering an alternative date or a full refund of the deposit.

5. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES

  • At the time of pick-up, the customer is required to inspect the vehicle together with our staff.

  • The customer is fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, to themselves, to third parties or to property during the entire rental period.

  • Driver's responsibility towards the passenger: The driver assumes full and total civil and penal responsibility for their own safety and that of the transported passenger. In the case of transporting minors (from 5 years up), the driving parent or guardian is solely responsible for the child's safety and commits to adapting the speed and driving style to the passenger's conditions.

  • Using the vehicle off paved roads is strictly prohibited (Off-Road Ban). The vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking. Any damage due to off-road driving will result in the total retention of the deposit, and any administrative or forestry fines will be entirely borne by the customer.

6. SECURITY DEPOSIT (SUMMARY) When picking up the quad at our headquarters or partner hotels, a mandatory security deposit of €200 is required for each rented vehicle. The deposit can be paid via credit card pre-authorization or in cash, and will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, after verifying the integrity of the vehicle.

7. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA The personal data provided during the booking will be processed in compliance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and used exclusively for rental management and administrative purposes.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent Court is the Court of Bolzano (BZ).
